As a dedicated civilian member of the Police Committee for the past three years, Bryan has played a role in the selection of two police chiefs and has provided valuable civilian oversight of our police department.

Bryan is a strong advocate for the implementation of the ARRIVE Together program, developed by the NJ Attorney General's office. This innovative program pairs mental health experts with law enforcement officers when responding to 911 calls involving individuals experiencing mental health crises. With proven success in numerous towns across New Jersey, ARRIVE Together not only ensures the safety of our residents but is also fully funded by the state.
